RTJ Trailers was established in 1984 and is based at the Port of Felixstowe where we have a large workshop, parking facility and five fully equipped mobile service and breakdown vans to cover East Anglia. We also have our own service vans based at Tilbury and Southampton Docks. Our aim is to maintain the roadworthiness of your equipment and reduce downtime for servicing and repairs to a minimum, in a timely and cost efficient manner. We can work on any type of commercial trailer and offer our services on a ‘pay as you go’ basis or fixed price contract maintenance.

All our work is carried out to VOSA roadworthiness requirements and beyond and our efficient administration service means you will have all the necessary tools to comply with the maintenance requirements of your Operators License. Whatever the size of your fleet, we can provide your trailer maintenance.

We offer a 24-hour breakdown service for trailers using our knowledge of the industry, our own fleet of vans and a preferred network of suppliers nationwide.
