Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Felixstowe Rugby Football Club will be held at 12:00hrs promptly at the Clubhouse, Coronation Sports Ground, Mill Lane Felixstowe.

Please find below for down loading notice, agenda plus extracts from the rules of the Club relating to such meetings.

Please advise the Honorary Club Secretary in writing (by letter or email) at least seven days before the date of the AGM of any items of Special Business that you wish to bring to the attention of the Chairman.

Please note that nominations for Executive Committee positions must be posted on the Nominations List that will be placed on the main noticeboard in the Clubhouse. All nominees must be fully paid up Club members and must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members. This list will be removed at the 11:30 12 May 2018. No nominations will be accepted after this time.

Any nominee who cannot attend the meeting must confirm their willingness to stand for office in writing to the Hon. Secretary prior to the start of the AGM.

After the AGM its time to remember absent friends young and old who sadly cannot be with us so come raise a glass or don a pair of boots in respect. All welcome, young and old, non players fiends and family. Will have Minis, juniors,,Ladies seniors , and of course BBQ, Beer and laughs. Ladies will kick off at 13:30 followed by seniors at 14:30.
