I wish all players the best of luck and huge thanks for signing up; our new members will be great additions for the 1st team squad.

Why are they joining us?

Well we have worked very hard to provide a good atmosphere at the club, to make sure we offer a good level of rugby, quality coaching and enjoyable social events.

We started our 2017 / 2018 preps on 1st June, Club Captain Chris Stennett has been putting players through fitness sessions.

We are very pleased that Imiee Smith has joined us as 1st team forwards coach,
Imiee is a member of the Felixstowe Women’s team, has experience playing front row with Loughborough University, is keen and willing to learn.
Imiee will be focusing on the scrum and lineout and will be responsible for all "front 5" players.

We are also very fortunate that Carra continues as Injury prevention Coach and Emma Murton is first aid taking care of any bangs or bruises you may have during a game.

This is the support team; here to help players enjoy themselves, improve individually and as a team.

What else have we been doing for you?

New Membership deal: This season membership will be £100

We also benefit greatly from the support offered by Eastern Counties and the RFU and will often see guest Coaching staff helping out.

Every game we will award a man of the match and at the end of the season there will be a player dinner / awards event.

We want you to play for us, membership is very reasonable, we have a great sociable club and we will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your time with us.

Players - we need you to be fully engaged, communicate, turn up and have fun.

We just ask for your commitment, you must read and reply to all posts in the team face book group......if you do not communicate then you may not get picked to play.

New player code of conduct this season, to be policed by the players, when you register to play you agree to abide by the team rules....

Between now and the 1st August I would like to hear from any players who are interested in a Captain or Vice Captain role in the squad, we need more than 1 so please send me a private message and I will decide who will be taking on which roles.
